Logo and Brand Identity Creation Service

1. Overview

For clients who want to build their own brand but don’t yet have a logo or a brand identity, we provide full support in creating one from scratch. Since our label design and e-commerce website services depend on the brand already having a clear identity, we first help clients without a logo or brand identity build that foundation together with us.
This service follows the same structure as our label design package: for a set fee, the client receives 3 distinct logo concepts, and once a concept is selected, 3 rounds of revision on that chosen logo.

This service is offered to clients who don’t yet have a logo or brand identity. Clients who already have one can skip this step and move directly into the label design process

2. What Does the Package Include?

• 3 distinct logo concepts
• A total of 3 rounds of revision on the selected concept
• Finalized color palette and typography aligned with the chosen logo
• Delivery of ready-to-use logo files and a brand identity summary

Fee: [to be added] — charged once per brand, following the same one-time-fee structure as the label design service.

3. Step-by-Step Process

Step 1 — Introduction and Brand Questionnaire

The process begins with getting to know the client’s brand through a short conversation or form. At this stage we learn what products the brand sells, who its target audience is, how the brand wants to be perceived (for example: natural and simple, bold and energetic, or scientific and trustworthy), and any example brands or colors the client likes.

Step 2 — Defining Brand Direction

Based on the information gathered, the brand’s overall character is defined: should it feel simple and natural, or bold and confident? This direction becomes the foundation for all following design decisions — color, typography, and logo style.

Step 3 — Preparing 3 Logo Concepts

Following the defined direction, 3 distinct logo concepts are prepared, each taking a different visual approach. Rather than presenting a single option, the client is given the freedom to choose the concept that best fits their brand from among 3 different directions.

Step 4 — Presentation and Selection

The 3 logo concepts are shared with the client. The client selects the concept they feel best represents their brand; the selected concept is then finalized for further refinement in the next step.

Step 5 — Defining Color Palette and Typography

A color palette and typography (font system) are defined to match the selected logo concept, to be used consistently across all brand materials — labels, website, and social media. From this point on, the brand has a consistent color and typographic language.

Step 6 — Revision Process (3 Rounds of Revision)

A total of 3 rounds of revision are applied to the selected logo, based on the client’s feedback. Revisions cover fine-tuning of details such as color tone, logo elements, and typography. After each round, the updated version is shared with the client for approval.

The client is not required to use all 3 revision rounds — the logo can be approved earlier if the client is satisfied sooner.

Step 7 — Final Approval and Delivery of Brand Identity Files

Once the client is fully satisfied with the final version, the logo and brand identity are approved. Ready-to-use logo files (in multiple formats) are delivered along with a brand identity summary containing the brand’s color codes and typography details.

This delivered brand identity becomes the direct foundation for all following label design and e-commerce
website work.

4. Next Step

Once the logo and brand identity are complete, the client can move on to our label design service — or, if requested, our e-commerce website setup service — now as a brand with its own established identity. This ensures the label and website design proceed from day one in a way that is consistent and specific to the brand.
