E-Commerce Website Setup and Management Service

1. Overview

At Origin Well Nutrition, we offer our partners more than just product identity and label design — we also provide the option to build a professional, sales-ready e-commerce presence online. For clients who request it, we build a fully custom e-commerce website aligned with their corporate identity from the ground up, manage the domain and hosting process, teach them the basic day-to-day usage, and set up the payment infrastructure they need to start selling. Our goal is for the client to be able to start selling immediately once the site is delivered, and to comfortably manage day-to-day product updates on their own afterward.

This service is an optional add-on offered alongside our graphic design and label design service, upon request.

2. Website Design and Corporate Identity

The site is designed to fully match the client’s existing corporate identity — logo, color palette, typography, and overall brand language. Rather than an off-the-shelf template copy, a custom visual layout is created that reflects the character of the brand. At this stage:

• Theme customization aligned with the corporate color palette and typography
• Core pages are structured: home, product pages, about us, contact
• Mobile and desktop responsive design is ensured
• Visual and text layout is planned to match the brand’s voice

3. Domain and Hosting Service

3.1 What Are Domain and Hosting?

A domain is the site’s address on the internet (e.g., www.yourbrand.com). Hosting is the server service where the site’s files, product images, and data are stored — the data that is served every time a visitor loads the site. Both are required for an e-commerce site to function: the domain represents the site’s address, while hosting represents where the site physically lives.

3.2 Why Is It Purchased Annually Rather Than Permanently?

Domains and hosting are not products purchased once and owned forever, like property — they operate on a lease/rental model, as time-limited services. A domain is leased for a defined period through registrar companies and must be renewed before that period ends; otherwise, the address can be claimed by someone else. Hosting is likewise a time-based service, granting the right to use server resources (storage, bandwidth, security infrastructure) for a set period. For this reason, both services are purchased for a minimum of one year.

Simplified summary: Domain = the site’s address, Hosting = the server space where the site lives. Both are leased annually; purchasing them does not create permanent ownership.

3.3 The Advantage of Longer Terms

Domain and hosting providers offer discounts for longer-term purchases. As a result, choosing a 2- or 3-year term instead of 1 year lowers the average annual cost. The table below summarizes this logic:

Term

Average Annual Cost

Advantage

1 Year

Standard price

Flexible for getting started

2 Years

Discounted

Medium-term savings

3 Years

Most cost-effective

Lowest annual cost long-term

Note: Current prices may vary based on provider promotions, and will be clarified for the specific client at the quoting stage.

4. E-Commerce Website Service Scope

When requested, the e-commerce website setup service covers the following steps:
• Sourcing the domain and hosting service (in the client's name, or through us upon request)
• Setting up the e-commerce infrastructure (including product, cart, payment, and order management)
• Custom design of the site aligned with the corporate identity
• Building core pages (home, products, about us, contact)
• Payment system integration
• Site delivery and basic usage training
• Post-delivery technical support

5. Setup and Delivery Process

The process is carried out end-to-end so the client can start selling without needing any technical knowledge:
• 1. Domain and hosting sourcing and activation
• 2. Custom design of the site based on corporate identity colors and brand voice
• 3. Building core pages and site infrastructure
• 4. Completing payment system integration
• 5. End-to-end testing of the system with test orders
• 6. Site delivery — the site is ready for sales at the moment of delivery

When the site is delivered, the client will be able to start selling immediately, with everything already in place — no additional setup required.

6. Basic Usage Training

After delivery, the client is given basic training on the following topics so they can independently manage dayto-day operations:
• Adding new products (image, description, price, stock entry)
• Creating and organizing product categories
• The importance of keeping plugins and the site infrastructure up to date, and how to do it
• Viewing incoming orders and basic order management
After this training, the client can operate fully independently when it comes to adding new products and managing them. We only step in when a technical issue arises.

7. Payment System Integration

For the site to be ready for sales, the payment infrastructure must also be set up. In this scope, the client is
supported with:
• Integrating international payment systems such as PayPal and Payoneer into the site
• Integrating the client's bank's Virtual POS (API) system into the site
• End-to-end testing of the payment flow using test orders
Which payment method (an international system or a local bank's virtual POS) will be used is determined
together, based on the client's target market and existing infrastructure.

8. Domain / Hosting Renewal Tracking

Domain and hosting terms are tracked; the client is notified before the term expires and asked whether they wish to renew. This prevents the site or domain from unexpectedly becoming inaccessible due to expiration.

9. Post-Delivery Support Scope

After the site is delivered, adding products, organizing categories, and day-to-day management are fully under the client's control. Our role is to provide support for technical matters the client may encounter — such as plugin errors, integration issues, or domain/hosting renewals.

10. Backup and Security

• Enabling regular automated backups
• Installing a basic security plugin / firewall

11. Closing

This service is intended to give Origin Well Nutrition's partners more than just a product and a label — a salesready digital asset. While the client manages product updates independently after delivery, they can always count on us for technical matters.
