Getting Started

What exactly does Origin Well Nutrition do?

We empower dietitians, nutritionists, and healthcare professionals to launch their own branded line of dietary supplements—without the burden of large-scale manufacturing, complex formulations, or heavy inventory risks. You can build your brand with maximum flexibility and a minimum stock requirement of just 3 units per product.

You simply select the products; we handle the private labeling, prototyping, and logistics to deliver the items directly to your professional practice. You maintain full control over selling and delivering the final products to your clients.

Who is this service for?

Registered dietitians, nutritionists, physicians, physical therapists, health coaches, and wellness specialists...

Designed for health practitioners who have an established client base—or are actively building one—and want to build a sustainable revenue stream. Instead of reselling third-party products, elevate your practice with a high-value, custom-branded line that truly reflects your professional expertise.

I don't have a business entity or brand yet — can I still do this?

Yes. If you don't have a logo or brand identity yet, our team can help develop one as part of the process. You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

Do I need any experience selling products to do this?

Not at all. A large portion of the practitioners we partner with have never sold their own custom-branded physical products before.

From selecting the right product lineup to creating your very first prototype, our expert team guides you through every single step of the process.

What makes this different from just reselling an existing supplement brand?

Reselling third-party brands builds their credibility, not yours. When a product features your own brand, every purchase directly reinforces trust in your practice.

Furthermore, instead of being constrained by a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP)—which limits your profitability on traditional brands—having your own product line gives you complete pricing autonomy. With no rigid MSRP to follow, you have full control to set your own retail prices and maximize your profit margins.

The Process

How does the process work from start to finish?

1. You reach out (via email or booking a discovery call)
2. We hop on a short call to understand your goals and audience
3. You send your logo/brand kit — or we help create one ( Grafik Tasarım Sayfası linkini ekle )
4. Our team designs your product label
5. You receive a digital mockup to review
6. Once approved, we send you a physical sample
7. You place your first order

How long does the whole process take?

While the exact timeline depends on response times from both sides, the process from our initial consultation to receiving your sample typically takes a few weeks.

The most time-intensive phase is usually label design and revisions. Once the design is finalized, sample production and dispatch are completed very quickly.

How many rounds of revisions do I get on my label design?

Our standard pricing includes up to three rounds of revisions. Any additional revision requests beyond this will be subject to an extra fee.

Can I request a completely custom formulation, or am I choosing from existing products?

To get started, we recommend leveraging our established catalog of pre-formulated, private-label products rather than fully custom formulations. This strategy keeps your initial startup costs low and significantly accelerates your time-to-market.

Should you decide to develop a fully custom formulation in the future, we also offer custom R&D as a specialized pathway. Since this option involves a higher minimum order quantity (MOQ of 300 units) and a longer development timeline, it is best discussed directly based on your brand's growth plans.

Can I see examples of brands you've worked with before?

Due to strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and our commitment to protecting our clients' brand privacy, we do not publicly share specific partner references.

Furthermore, with this innovative business model tailored for US-based healthcare practitioners, our founding partners gain a distinct first-mover advantage in their respective niches. To ensure a successful launch, we provide hands-on, hyper-personalized support every step of the way.

We would be delighted to create a custom sample/prototype for your brand so you can evaluate our premium quality and labeling standards firsthand.

Pricing & Fees

What does the $100 fee actually cover?

It's a one-time, per-product fee that covers your label design, three rounds of revisions, a digital mockup, and a physical sample sent to you.

Is the $100 a deposit that gets applied to my first order, or a separate charge?

It's a separate, one-time fee — not a deposit deducted from your first order.

Do I pay $100 again if I want to add a second product to my line later?

Yes, this fee is applied on a per-product basis, as each individual product requires a custom label design, compliant layout, and a unique sample/prototype run.

We would like to emphasize that this is a one-time setup fee. You will not incur this cost on any of your future re-orders. Furthermore, subsequent orders will move significantly faster—once your label designs are finalized and on file, your future orders go straight to printing and fulfillment.

How do I pay, and when?

50% is paid upfront to begin the order, and the remaining 50% is due on delivery. EKLEMELER YAPILACAK.

What payment methods do you accept?

[Confirm and fill in — e.g., bank transfer, card via Payoneer, Paypal etc.]

Are there any recurring or hidden fees — membership, platform, storage?

No recurring fees. You pay the one-time per-product setup fee, then simply pay for the units you order each time you reorder.

Products & Quality

What products can I put my brand on?

You have total flexibility in deciding which products best represent your brand. Simply choose from our diverse range of product categories to curate a line that perfectly aligns with your specialty and target audience.

OUR CATEGORIES

Where are the products manufactured?

All of our products are proudly manufactured in the USA. This means our US-based clients bypass international shipping delays, complex import and compliance documentation, and costly duties or tariffs. Local manufacturing guarantees a faster, more seamless, and cost-effective supply chain for your brand.

Are the products third-party tested / GMP certified?

Yes. All of our products are manufactured in FDA-registered and cGMP-certified (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) facilities adhering to the highest quality control standards. In addition, our formulations undergo rigorous third-party laboratory testing to verify purity, potency, and safety.

What is cGMP and why does it matter?

cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) is a strict quality enforcement standard regulated by the US FDA. It guarantees that every batch is produced under stringent safety, cleanliness, and accuracy protocols—ensuring that what is on the label is exactly what is inside the bottle, with uncompromised quality.

Can I see the ingredient list and label claims before ordering?

Absolutely, yes. Transparency is core to our process. Prior to finalizing your order and going into production, you will receive a complete breakdown of the ingredient panel (Supplement Facts), full label layout, and all marketing claims for your review.

The sample and label proofing stage is specifically designed for this purpose. We will not proceed to final production until you have thoroughly reviewed and given your 100% approval on every detail.

Who is legally responsible if a label claim isn't FDA-compliant?

As the manufacturer, ensuring that all product labels, Supplement Facts panels, and required regulatory disclosures comply 100% with FDA guidelines and cGMP standards is our core responsibility.

We take regulatory compliance very seriously to protect your brand from potential legal risks. Before any label goes to print, our compliance team reviews and formats all panel requirements, mandatory warnings, and standard claims to align with FDA expectations. When you partner with us, you can rest assured that your product labeling meets all federal compliance standards.

Can I request allergen-free, vegan, or non-GMO versions of products?

Absolutely, yes. A significant portion of the products in our catalog is formulated to be allergen-free, vegan, and Non-GMO.

To streamline your selection process, we have added clear dietary badges and attribute indicators on every single product page. This allows you to quickly identify and choose clean-label formulations that align perfectly with your brand's standards and client expectations.

Minimum Orders & Reordering

What is the minimum order quantity?

Just 3 units per product — intentionally low so you can test the market before committing to a large inventory investment.

Why is your MOQ so much lower than most private label manufacturers?

Traditional manufacturers often require minimum order quantities (MOQs) ranging from 100 to over 250+ units per product—creating a significant financial barrier for practitioners launching a new line.

We specifically designed our business model to eliminate this barrier. By offering hyper-flexible minimums, we empower you to test the market with real clients at minimal risk. You can validate demand first, and comfortably scale up your inventory only after you've proven what works for your practice.

Is the process faster or cheaper when I reorder?

Yes, significantly faster. Since initial steps such as label design, compliance approval, and digital mockups are already completed during your first order, you bypass these phases entirely on future orders.

For re-orders, all you need to do is specify the product and desired quantity. With your approved design files already on file, your order goes straight into production and fulfillment.

Is there a discount for larger orders?

Absolutely, yes. We offer tiered volume pricing to ensure your unit costs decrease as your brand grows.

Once your order volume exceeds 50 units per product, automated volume discounts are applied to your unit pricing. For higher-volume custom quotes, our team is always ready to assist you.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, we offer international shipping. For deliveries outside the US, shipping rates, logistics terms, and transit timelines are evaluated on an order-by-order basis.

Please Note: Ensuring compliance with local import regulations, required certifications, and customs clearances in the destination country is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We invite you to contact our team prior to placing an international order so we can discuss logistics and delivery arrangements together.

How long does shipping take once I place an order?

Origin Well Nutrition utilizes USPS for all domestic shipments within the United States. You can choose from the following shipping options:

  • USPS Ground Advantage (Standard Shipping): 3 – 5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail (Express Shipping): 1 – 3 business days

Shipping Disclaimer:

Please note that Origin Well Nutrition is not a shipping carrier. Transit times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by external factors such as severe weather, carrier labor shortages, strikes, or peak holiday volumes.

Do you handle fulfillment to my end customers directly, or do I need to hold inventory?

Our program requires a minimum inventory commitment of just 3 units per product. All orders are shipped directly to your professional practice or designated address.

Once received, you have complete freedom over how and where you distribute your branded line—whether sold directly to your patients/clients, through your own online storefront (if you don't have an e-commerce website yet, we can assist you with building one; feel free to check out our E-Commerce Services), via marketplaces like Amazon or eBay, or placed in local pharmacies and retail locations.

Please Note: We operate strictly as a wholesale B2B partner and do not offer direct-to-consumer (D2C) fulfillment or dropshipping services to your end-customers.

Selling & Distribution

How do I actually sell these once I have them?

Once received, you have complete freedom over how and where you distribute your branded line—whether sold directly to your patients/clients, through your own online storefront (if you don't have an e-commerce website yet, we can assist you with building one; feel free to check out our E-Commerce Services), via marketplaces like Amazon or eBay, or placed in local pharmacies and retail locations.

Please Note: We operate strictly as a wholesale B2B partner and do not offer direct-to-consumer (D2C) fulfillment or dropshipping services to your end-customers.

Do you help me set up an online store to sell these?

Of course, we can help you with this. Please visit our E-Commerce Services page for details.

Can I sell these on Amazon or other third-party marketplaces?

Absolutely! There are no restrictions on where you can sell your branded products. You are completely free to list them on Amazon, eBay, or any other third-party marketplace.

Please Note Regarding Marketplaces: Each marketplace operates with its own unique platform policies, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) criteria, and specific media guidelines. As marketplace management requires dedicated third-party agency specialization, we do not provide store management support for these platforms.

However, if you need a dedicated sales channel of your own, we offer comprehensive support to build and launch your custom online store through our E-Commerce Services.

What margins can I realistically expect?

While profit margins vary depending on your selected product line, brand positioning, and target audience, practitioners launching their own branded line typically enjoy strong profit margins (ranging from 50% to 200%+).

Once you select your product lineup, we work with you to analyze current market benchmarks and help you establish a pricing strategy optimized for maximum profitability.

Trust & Legitimacy

Is this legal — can I really put my name on someone else's formulation?

Absolutely, yes. This is a fully compliant and widely established industry practice known as Private Labeling—utilized by everyone from boutique practices to major global retail brands.

Rather than spending years on complex formula R&D, private labeling allows you to build a custom-branded product line using proven, high-quality, and certified formulations. You are simply curating trusted products to represent your brand, which is standard practice across the entire health and wellness industry.

What happens if a customer has a bad reaction or complaint about the product?

Because all of our formulations are manufactured in FDA-registered, cGMP-certified facilities under rigorous quality control standards, the risk of adverse events is extremely low. However, should a client report an issue, we follow a structured protocol:

  • Quality Assurance & Lot Tracking: Upon receiving a notification, our quality control team cross-references the batch/lot number with laboratory records. If a verified issue stems directly from manufacturing quality, we take full responsibility.

  • Scope of Responsibility (Misuse & Dietary Choices): Issues arising from failure to check product warnings, dietary indicators (e.g., recommending a non-vegan or allergen-containing product to a sensitive client despite clear labeling), or improper usage/dosage fall under the responsibility of the seller and end-user.

  • Practitioner Support: To safeguard your professional reputation, we work directly with you to help resolve client satisfaction issues seamlessly.

Can I stop or pause at any time, or am I locked into a contract?

No, absolutely not. You are never locked into a long-term contract. You have total freedom to pause your orders, take a break, or cancel your account at any time.

There are no minimum time commitments, binding contract obligations, or cancellation fees. Our platform is specifically designed to provide you with maximum flexibility to match the pace of your practice.
